What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. Short, because there is not much of it.

Who we are
Tyagi Tech Consulting is a proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 09AJKPT3455F1ZU), with its principal place of business in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The proprietor, Arvind Tyagi, is the person responsible for the data described here. You can reach us at contact@tyagitechconsulting.com.
What this site collects
The enquiry form
If you submit the form on our contact page, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, topic and message you typed, plus the page you sent it from and the time of submission. We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver the work.
The submission is delivered to our own mailbox and stored in our records. We do not sell it, rent it, or feed it into an advertising platform, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Server logs
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information your browser sends — IP address, user agent, the page requested — to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. We do not combine these logs with enquiry data.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers for those font files; no cookie is set by that request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to engagements we actually undertake are retained for as long as Indian tax, GST and contractual record-keeping obligations require — generally eight years from the end of the relevant financial year.
Who else sees it
We share personal data only with:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, email routing and security for this domain.
- Our email provider — to receive and store the enquiry.
- Professional advisers and tax authorities — where an engagement creates a legal or accounting obligation.
We do not pass enquiry content to AI model providers. Where AI tools are used within a client engagement, that is agreed in writing with the client first, including which model and on what terms.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@tyagitechconsulting.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights — India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UK or EU GDPR, or similar — we will honour those rights as they apply to you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries travel encrypted in transit. Access to our mailbox and records is limited to the proprietor and protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after that means the revised notice applies.
